Midland’s Mark Wystrach, who grew up on a ranch along the Mexican border, thought the band’s song would sound great in Spanish. He teamed up with Jay De La Cueva, a platinum recording star in Mexico, to produce a Spanish translation of the hit song which sounds just as good as the original.
