The CMT Music Awards are quickly approaching and more and more information is being revealed each day. Recently, various collaborations have been announced including performances by Keith Urban with Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line with the Chainsmokers, and Lady Antebellum with Earth, Wind, & Fire. Other country stars set to perform include Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, and Brett Eldredge.
The awards air June 7th at 8pm ET live from Nashville and voting is still open for the various categories! Some of the categories and nominees are:
