Finally, liquor reform has come to Pennsylvania!

The LCB has released its initial list of grocery stores and restaurants which are now licensed to sell take-out wine.
Five out of the 81 locaTions are in the midstate, including select Giant Food stores in Harrisburg, Gettysburg and York.
